 ABOUT US: OnFitness® Magazine, our Mission 

      OnFitness® magazine is produced for men and women who are passionate about achieving peak health and fitness through a natural approach.  It is the first fitness magazine of its kind with the primary goal of helping readers achieve a healthy body rather than simply a beautiful body. 

       Through eating natural foods and implementing fitness regimens, we hope to assist readers in finding balance for their body and lives. You are what you eat.  You cannot build a strong and healthy fitness base by fueling your body with cheap, fungicide-pesticide-antibiotic-laden food.

        Our editions are packed full of valuable information from authorities on fitness and nutrition.  These individuals come from all different fitness and health backgrounds.  They bring to the table a wealth of information on professional training and nutrition.  These men and women draw from hard-won experience and write with passion and intellect.

OnFitness is terrific…keep up the great work…I turn 60 next week, work out 6 days a week and except for the ice cream and cupcakes eat healthy….however, more tips for us new 40…remember 60 is the new 40……..But seriously more articles on fitness and strength training for I hate to admit my age would be great.
